A sketch like this would have pretty much the same basics of a robot chicken parody
1: Make all the characters potty mouthed alcoholics
2: throw in plenty of fart humor
3: all the characters kill each other
4: make it as offensive so it will kill everything you love about the original
This is how I picture it the equestria girls get tired of everyone's shit and decide to each start a band of their owns. But they each go insane and shoot each other with guns and it ends with Spike being the last one standing having outsmarted all his friends and he has sex with Rarity
